About the Speaker
With a passion for all things ‘customer’, Niki prides herself on putting the customer at the centre of business decisions. She is a seasoned Insights and Customer Experience professional, having gained 16 years’ experience in the retail, manufacturing and services industries both in Australia and abroad. She has worked for a number of blue chip organisations, such as Cadbury Schweppes, Mondelez and Lion Dairy, as well as consulted to some of Australia’s biggest retailers of Coles, 7-Eleven and BP while at Nielsen.
As the Head of Insights and Customer Engagement at iSelect, she is responsible for marketing optimisation, web measurement, CX design, and customer research.Throughout her career thus far one thing has remained constant: championing the customer through data and insight at all levels of an organisation.
Prior to her corporate life, Niki was an accomplished rhythmic gymnast, becoming Australian national champion and representing Australia on the world stage for many years.
When Niki is not enhancing the iSelect customer experience she enjoys being a customer herself and then putting these real life learnings into practice.
