He has held senior learning and leadership development positions at Lloyds Banking Group, Commonwealth Bank, and Equifax. Currently, he is the General Manager, Organisational Development at GrainCorp, a global agribusiness, where he focuses on enhancing all aspects of the employee and talent lifecycle.
