Panel | The Future of Work: Developing the Skills and Capabilities Required to Thrive

As the workplace continues to evolve in response to rapid technological advancements, shifting workforce expectations, and global economic changes, organisations must rethink how they develop the skills and capabilities needed for long-term success. This panel will unpack the essential competencies that employees and leaders must cultivate to remain competitive and adaptable, and how different roles are going to be impacted by the impact of generative AI.

Key discussion points will include how jobs will be impacted by generative AI, the increasing demand for soft skills such as emotional intelligence and adaptability, the role of continuous learning and reskilling, and strategies for fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Panelists will also examine how different generations approach skill development and how organisations can empower employees and ensure that they are prepared to upskill, reskill and redeploy the workforce in a digital future.
