A results oriented Senior Human Resources Leader with over two decades of experience across both strategic and operational HR functions. Currently, I serve as the General Manager People & Culture at Chemist Warehouse, where I have a proven track record of designing and implementing cost-effective HR initiatives that significantly enhance employee capability, engagement, and overall organisational performance. I am currently supporting the merger of Chemist Warehouse and Sigma Healthcare—an incredible opportunity for our business, our customers, and for me personally as an HR practitioner.
