About Rachael 

Rachael is a leader with 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, holding senior positions across all facets of HR. These include Employee and Industrial Relations, Talent management,  Learning & Development and Change Management. Rachael is an integral part of the DSC Senior Management team and oversees all aspects of Human Resources for over 5,000 employees. Rachael has played a fundamental role in the change management processes for previous acquisitions, customer transitions and implementations and has a particular interest in developing high-performance teams and enabling workplace culture optimisation.
