Ross started his career in banking and held various roles in personal, commercial and private banking, as well as operations, before moving into HR. Ross has worked in large, complex public organisations as well as professional services both here and overseas and is currently the Chief People Officer for Corrs Chambers Westgarth, a leading Australian law firm.
