About Vensa

Vesna joined SunRice Group in Jan 2024 as the Chief People Officer. Prior to joining, she held various C-Suite and Senior HR leadership positions in a variety of local and globally listed companies with high complexity and spanning multiple industries including e-commerce (The Iconic), Health Care (Bupa), Technology (Cisco), FMCG (SunRice & General Mills), Media/Television (Network Ten) and Retail (Angus & Coote).  She has led large HR teams across ANZ and Asia Pacific in addition to being part of global teams with a breadth of experience across all HR business partnering and centres of excellence. Vesna is passionate about digital transformation, org design, executive and leadership succession and development, culture and placing the customer at the heart of how the People & Culture team enable successful business outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from The University of Sydney, majoring in Human Resources and Accounting.
