For the past 15 years, Arthur has led AP Psychology & Consulting Services, working with Boards, Executives, and Senior Leaders to implement evidence-based strategies that prevent psychosocial harm and meet WHS obligations. A trusted executive coach and facilitator, he regularly speaks at industry events and contributes to national discussions on psychosocial risk, leadership, workplace culture, and employee mental health.
