Deepti Sachdeva is a transformation and learning leader with over a decade of experience helping organisations and people navigate change with empathy and impact. Currently at Westpac, she plays a key role in enabling transformation through learning, workforce change, and engagement.
Her career journey has been anything but linear - from award-winning television producer to consultant and Director at Deloitte, and now a thought leader in learning and transformation. A first-generation migrant and woman of colour, Deepti brings a unique lens shaped by lived experience, empathy, and a strong belief in the power of storytelling to drive connection and change.
She has been recognised globally, winning multiple Brandon Hall, LearnX, and Stevie International Business Awards for her work in learning and development. A regular speaker and MC at industry conferences, Deepti is passionate about building inclusive workplaces and enabling discourse that sparks meaningful change.
