About Pamela

Pamela Mantaring is a systems psychodynamics practitioner  with extensive experience in project, change, and program management across public, technology, and healthcare sectors in Australia and Canada. As Principal Consultant of The Reflective Leadership Project, she is dedicated to enabling leaders with the tools and practices to discern the signal above the noise in our data-rich world. Pamela is deeply interested in the future of work and how we can support humans in leadership to become more of themselves by working from their core strengths.

Renowned for building new functions, partnering with leaders, and driving capability uplift, Pamela's approach is grounded in a belief in organisational justice and the power of a positive employee experience to drive business outcomes. Her diverse background includes leadership and learning coordination, and people and capability business partnering roles at organisations like Johnson & Johnson Medical Australia & New Zealand and Centrelink (now Services Australia). Pamela is also a PROSCI© Change Management Practitioner and is currently pursuing a Masters of Leadership and Management (Organisational Dynamics) at the National Institute of Organisational Dynamics Australia (NIODA) .
