She is passionate about finding the potential in people and creating the environment where people can develop that potential and thrive. With a focus on fostering collaboration and driving impactful change, Belinda has a lead role in steering Kotahi through significant business transformation, supporting the company’s growth trajectory.

Belinda champions diversity and inclusion initiatives both within Kotahi and across the broader supply chain sector. Her dedication to empowering women in leadership roles is evident in her advocacy for talent development and succession planning and in her role on the Advisory Group of Women in Supply Chain (WISC) New Zealand.
