SWAT Approach to Business Transformation at Pace 

We need change. We invest in change. Yet nothing seems to change. Sound familiar? Despite how much we invest in business transformation, many organisations struggle to deliver change. At the same time, organisations find themselves needing to pivot quickly to meet the needs of their external environments.

In this session Dani and Suzie walk through their journey of turning a crazy idea into a practical approach for leading business transformation at pace. Drawing inspiration from law enforcement SWAT teams learn how , through iteration and experimentation they discovered a fit-for-purpose approach that has now delivered multiple outcomes for the business.

About Dani

Dr Dani Chesson is a multi-disciplinary practitioner who leverages human-centered design, behavioral science, and organizational development to help organizations get unstuck and drive impactful outcomes. She has worked with organizations in the USA, Australia, and NZ. Dani is also an adjunct faculty member at Denver University and Antioch University. Dani’s work focuses on helping HR, Operational, and Tech leaders unstick their organizations to make stuff happen.
