Hannah Fossum is the Learning & Development Manager at Animates Vetcare NZ, where she leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning strategies across retail, vet clinics, and corporate teams. Her role focuses on building skills focused development solutions that help people grow in their roles and support the wider Animates Vetcare NZ mission of making our world a happier place, through the love of pets. With experience across the retail, aviation, and customer service sectors, Hannah is passionate about creating learning that unlocks potential, builds confidence, and delivers real impact. She partners closely with leaders and teams to identify capability needs, design relevant programs, and embed learning into everyday opportunities.
