About Kim
Kim has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Currently the Head of Talent & Culture at Southern Cross Healthcare, Kim has also held similar roles at NZ Post and Chorus. Moving from a generalist HR background into organisational development, Kim is passionate about creating inclusive, learning cultures where people can thrive, and organisations can deliver for the communities they serve. Kim has a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Canterbury. She is a mum of two, a yoga enthusiast and is proud to now call herself a swimmer.
