About Kirsty

As Chief People Officer for Te Tari Ture o te Karauna Crown Law Office, Kirsty plays a pivotal role leading her teams,  shaping and executing organisation strategies that span change, capability and engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, HR technology enablement, industrial and employment relations, reward, and talent management. Having worked in both private and public sector HR leadership roles she brings a broad view of fostering culture.
The inspiration behind her work is a curiosity to understand who people are, why people do what they do, and a passion for creating environments where people can collectively thrive and achieve meaningful progress in their day jobs. But Kirsty also has a huge care for the lives people hold outside of work, she’s a mum, daughter, sister, friend, taxi driver, accountant, “PTA mom” and says so many of us are so many of these things beyond what we do ‘on the job’ and this helps to build who we are and how we show up.
