About Lachlan
Lachlan is a strengths-based learning professional with over 20 years’ experience designing, delivering and scaling learning in a variety of large corporate organisations including Australia Post, ANZ bank, National Australia Bank, BHP and Intercontinental Hotels Group. Lachlan holds post graduate qualifications in workplace training and assessment, a master’s in social policy and is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation. He believes that learning never ends and doesn’t always show up in your direct field of work. With a passion for team dynamics and integrating leadership with specialist skills to achieve meaningful engagement in capability development, Lachlan will take you on a journey grounded in practice and inspired by ‘what might be’!
