About Rebecca
Rebecca has worked at the intersection of business, leadership and people for the last 25+ years across many industries, countries and in many types of leadership roles. She has spent the last 20 years running her own culture consulting business HQ’d in Wellington, most recently working alongside a host of NZ tech companies, their founders and people-teams at various stages of growth. Rebecca began her career in customer service and retail, and attributes her service-centred approach to work and leadership on this foundation. Rebecca is passionate about People & Culture teams being commercially astute and people-centred. She is a collaborative decision-maker and co-designs employee experiences that resonate for all the right reasons. Her recent move into the game development sector is a new beginning, working alongside the incredible founders and leaders at PikPok who have been pivotal in the creation and growth of the $500m+ video games industry in NZ. Outside of hours, Rebecca spends as much time as she can with her two teenage daughters, watching and playing sport, and enjoys getting out into NZ’s native bush or along Wellington’s rugged south coast.
