About Shireen:
Dr. Shireen Chua is a leadership and culture alchemist with over 15 years of experience supporting leaders and teams to build culturally inclusive workplaces. As Director of Third Culture Solutions, she designs and facilitates high-performance learning journeys that go beyond managing visible diversity to engage the deeper values, worldviews, and lived experiences that shape how teams and organisations together. Her developmental approach blends coaching, systems thinking, and culturometric tools to grow inclusive leadership and organisational capacity.
