Shyamini Szeko is Head of Learning & Capability at Tegel Foods, with over 20 years’ experience leading change, learning, and organisational development across industries. She drives inclusive leadership, cultural transformation, and workforce capability at scale. Shyamini recently completed a Master’s in Change and Organisational Resilience, with research focused on supporting the inclusion and well-being of ageing workforces in Aotearoa’s manufacturing sector. She brings a calm, systems-thinking approach to complex conversations and is passionate about creating workplaces where people and change can thrive.
