Her passion for people development has shaped a career that spans multiple industries and geographies, including several years working in Europe. In New Zealand, she has held key roles at organisations such as American Express, Public Trust, and Villa Maria. Currently she is Head of Leadership, Learning & Development at Chorus, leading a team dedicated to building leadership capability and supporting the organisation as it enters a new era.
