Suzie leads the people and culture function for the COO division at Fonterra. The division includes ~9,000 employees across NZ Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Global Functions, Food Safety and Quality, Health Safety and Wellbeing, and Engineering and Technical. Suzie has over twenty years of experience in people and culture across several different commercial contexts, including global ingredients, consumer, retail, and regional markets.
