Interactive Panel | Cross-Generational Workforces, Multi-Generational Inclusion and People Experience

This panel session looks at the four distinct generational cohorts - Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z - to explore expectations within the contemporary workforce and how they are working together. As organisations increasingly find themselves managing a diverse age demographic, understanding the varying priorities, work styles, and motivational drivers of each generation is crucial for fostering a harmonious and productive work environment. The session will delve into the following key areas: motivators; work-life balance; career development and progression; communication and collaboration.
