Definitions

 “Event” shall mean HR + L&D Innovation & Tech Fest. “Organiser” shall mean Hannover Fairs Australia Pty Ltd.

                                       

                                       Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is rescheduled, relocated or shortened before the 19th May 2026, your delegate ticket will automatically be valid for the new time, location or duration.

If in the Organiser’s absolute discretion the Organiser determines that the event cannot be postponed and run within an appropriate future timeframe, or should be cancelled for serious cause, including circumstances not within the Organiser’s reasonable control, the Organiser is entitled to cancel the event. Should this occur the Organiser will transfer your delegate ticket to the following years event, honouring all existing pricing structures and entitlements. The Organiser shall not be liable for any direct or indirect costs borne by the registered Attendees.

In the event of an occurance of Force Majeure that causes the event to be cancelled, closed, or shortened after the 19th May 2026, the Organiser retains the right to utilise all or part of your delegate fee to reimburse contracted suppliers or venue operators for out of pocket expenses incurred in anticipation of the event. The balance will then be transferred towards a place at the following years event, honouring all existing pricing structures and entitlements.

 

                                       Confirmation

Registration Confirmation of your registration for the Event will be sent to you via email by the Organiser. If applicable, a separate tax invoice will also be sent via e-mail.

 

                                       Payment Policy

Payment for the event is due in full at the time of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation. For bookings made on or before Tuesday 19th May 2026, if full payment is not received by 5pm on Tuesday 19th May 2026, the registration may be cancelled and the Organiser reserves the right to claim all payment due otherwise. For bookings made after Tuesday 19th May 2026, if payment is not received the same day then the attendee registration may be cancelled and the Organiser reserves the right to claim all payment due otherwise.

 

                                       Registration Cancellation Policy

Should your circumstances change and you are unable to attend an Event, you must contact Hannover Fairs by no later than Monday 16th March 2026. Upon providing notice you will be entitled to a credit note to the value of your registration for the following years Innovation and Tech Fest. No refunds will be payable, however substitutions are welcome at any time without charge.

 

                                       Privacy Policy

Personal information acquired by Hannover Fairs Australia for the event is governed by Hannover Fairs Australia’s Privacy Policy.

 

                                       Restrictions of Entry

Minimum age for entry 18 years old.
